«Deep Brow Tint 2.0» is one of the components of the author's SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM. The tint allows to achieve intensive tinting of hairs and provides additional care during the procedure. NOTE: the tint works in combination with the Oxidizing Emulsion 2% from this system as well as with the Oxidizing Emulsion 3.5%. Made in Turkey Volume 20 ml «Deep Brow Tint 2.0» eyebrow tint for rich tinting of hairs contains a complex based on sunflower seed extract Heliogenol™, which provides hairs with additional care. In addition, the tint has a pleasant scent, which makes the tinting process more comfortable. The ready tinting mixture has a neutral hydrogen index (pH), so that the tinting procedure does not traumatise the hairs and does not dry out the skin.
